HoLidaYs...

I absolutely love this time of the year. This year we enjoyed our Turkey -and family- at our houseand what a full house we had. I am not sure how we crammed so many bodies into our little home, but we made room for all the grateful tummies that day. What a delicious feast!
We spent the rest of the weekend prepping for the holidays.... well, starting to prep for the holidays. If you haven't seen The Forgotten Carols yet, I highly recommend it. We went last weekend and I loved the music and storyline.
Most of the Zaugg clan went tromping the forrest looking for beautiful Christmas trees. It took us quite some time to find any that were decent. I ended up carrying both Brigham and Parley down the mountain back to the car to wait with Hyrum and Grandma Zaugg. Me and the boys must have been a sight.... Parley was bundled up in a carrier in front and I had to rotate Brigham around from each side to my back because I couldn't hold the weight for very long. I can't believe how big -and heavy- both my little guys are! That's 50 lbs. when they are together. Crazy!
Anyway, so we got the trees. Now it's time to make them pretty. I love every part of that except wrapping the lights. So, my tree will continue to sit in the living room without decor until I find the ambition to work on the lights. Hopefully, that will come sooner than later! :)
